Director of 
Customer Success

Strive MedTech is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a Director of Customer Success to lead and grow our team. We are looking for someone with clinical experience as a Physical Therapist who believes in providing the best experience possible.

 

Your goal is to make our customers successful by providing Human Magic on our virtual platform. You’ll work cross-functionally to share insights and build strategies to keep improving the Strive experience for our customers and end users.  

What You'll Do:

  • Lead our Human Magic team with knowledge and solid clinical experiences

  • Apply our virtual platform in the treatment of musculoskeletal patients

  • Work with customers and end users to make sure they have an excellent experience

  • Assist in the development of product

  • Build repeatable, sustainable and scalable process to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction goals

  • Oversee care issue resolution, call monitoring, and development of performance metrics

 

What You Bring:

  • At least 2 years of clinical experience

  • Experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders

  • Experience with virtual healthcare and/or innovation

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage patients

  • Hard-working and able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment

  • Passion to innovate healthcare delivery

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Proactivly manage customer experience by representing the customer's voice with the Strive MedTech team

  • Build repeatable, sustainable and scalable process to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction goals

  • 2+ years in leadership role prefered

Full Stack
Software
Developer

Strive MedTech is looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to grow our virtual health platform. We are looking for someone with experience, who believes in providing the best experience possible for healthcare providers and their patients.

What You'll Do:

  • Experience partnering with UI/UX product and design to build single-page applications using Typescript, Javascript, React, Angular or similar technologies.

  • Proven expertise in REST API design, development and documentation with back-end technologies such as Java, Python, Ruby, PHP PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

  • Knowledge of databases and how to connect and query data (MS SQL, MySQL,  PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc)

  • Database design, performance and administration experience a plus.

  • Experience working with cloud service providers like Azure and AWS.

  • Triage incidents and problems, investigating and identifying root cause and solutions

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years web development experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering degree or equivalent experience.

  • Healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge would be a plus

  • Hard-working and able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment
